Utilising Te Reo me ona tikanga in our work is fundamental to how Tūturu operate and provides the foundation to creating engaging facilitation with roopu Maori.

To Matou Mahi - Our work
We specialise in facilitating hui with a focus on; Agribusiness Extension Programmes, Treaty Workshops, Strategic & Business Planning. We also provide Project Management and Event Management services
Working with Maori Agribusiness advisers to assist Maori land owners to achieve their goals and objectives for their tupuna whenua. Includes facilitating hui, organising expert advisers, arranging discovery tours, producing reports on work completed.
Working with organisations to assist their staff to gain a good understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and how to apply it today. This includes a historical view of the years leading up to the signing of the Treaty. A view of what happened after the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi through to legislation giving Maori the right to have their grievances heard and settled. The Treaty Partnership debate and how the Treaty might be applied today.
Assisting organisations to develop strategic and business plans for their business.
Providing project management services for short term projects of 3-6 months duration.
The provision of event management services including identifying and securing sponsors and external funding for such events.
To Matou Tiima - Our Team
Glen Katu (Ngati Ruanui, Ngati Kinohaku, Ngati Maniapoto, Ngati Rereahu, Ngati Toa, Ngati Rarua) is an experienced Facilitator, Project Manager and Business Manager. He will assist groups to engage in conversations and discussions and reach agreement on outcomes and objectives that the group wish to progress. He is also experienced in governance having completed the New Zealand Institute of Director’s Certificate in Company Direction and holds positions on a number of Boards and Trusts.
Kristin Katu (Te Atiawa, Taranaki, Ngati Tama, Ngati Mutunga, Ngati Maru, Ngati Ruanui, Nga Ruahine, Nga Rauru, Muaupoko) is an experienced administrator, company secretary and financial controller. She will provide support where needed for engagements and also undertakes financial administration for the business.
